I found a title page design I love and I've used it for the past four years. I really like the simplicity of my title page. I also like how the same information is on the title page each year.Read More

Digital Memory Keeping Tip: Viewing + Arranging Pages in Photoshop
I am so excited to start off 2015 with this title page for project life. I loved my title page last year (see it here along with some great info on going digital) so much that I used the same basic design, but with a twist... gold foil lettering!
So, am I finished with my 2014 project life pages? Um, no. I fell a bit behind at the end of the year. But I am working on my pages and they are coming together so quickly with my digital simply white life pages templates! I just love doing this project digitally. And I cannot wait to finish 2014 and get my book printed.
And FYI... I found a great tutorial on creating gold foil lettering here.

new in the digital shop... word art! this is something i've been dreaming about creating for awhile and i'm so excited to finally get this in the shop.
the month word art [the fresh set] is a collection of 12 word art brushes + stamps including 12 .png files and .abr brush files.
use the month word art [the fresh set] to create simple journaling cards for your Project Life® album or other memory keeping methods, use over photos or even to use with the simply white photo collage templates...
well, i'm off to a good start with the beginning of my digital project life pages. i found it so easy and fun to take the photos from the day and just pop them into my week one templates. now, i must admit that this week i was still a bit burned out from taking photos in december. that usually happens after the holidays and big events. there are not many photos this week, but i'll just go with it. as this is the beginning of digital project life, i'm still finding what is going to work for me from a design perspective. my digital pages look different with a white background instead of the clear space between the photos in the physical pocket pages. i used lots of white space around my photos using my simply white photo template collection last year to keep my look cohesive and i love how this turned out in my physical project life album. i still like to tell stories with multiple photos in the same template and i always love some good white space, so i'm happy to continue using my simply white collection in the digital format too.
included this week: the january 2014 digital calendar brush from my 2014 calendar set, new year's drawings from the boys that i scanned, my week in review basics journaling set (with a twist as i entered a custom font on the bottom of this card), photo collage templates from the simply white collection and page templates from cathy zielske's life basics no. 01 templates.
